1. Introduction

We are a leading provider of agricultural solutions, specializing in greenhouse technology, irrigation systems, and growing media products across Africa. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our products and services and form a legally binding agreement between you and Arbre Bio Africa.

2. Scope of Agreement

By engaging with our services, purchasing our products, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement applies to all transactions, installations, and services provided by Arbre Bio Africa.

These terms cover all aspects of our business relationship, including but not limited to:

• Purchase and sale of agricultural equipment
• Installation and maintenance services
• Technical support and consultation
• Warranty claims and after-sales service

3. Products & Services Terms

3.1 Product Specifications

All products are supplied according to the specifications detailed in our product documentation. While we strive to ensure accuracy, slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to make changes to specifications that do not materially affect the quality or performance of the products.

3.2 Installation Services

Installation services are provided by our qualified technicians according to industry standards and local regulations. Customers must ensure site readiness according to our pre-installation guidelines.

3.3 Maintenance Services

Regular maintenance services are available through service contracts. Terms and frequency of maintenance visits will be specified in separate service agreements.

4. Ordering & Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in the specified currency and are subject to change without notice. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Terms

Standard payment terms include:

• 50% deposit upon order confirmation
• 40% prior to shipment
• 10% upon completion of installation

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may incur interest charges and affect delivery schedules. We reserve the right to suspend services or withhold deliveries for accounts with outstanding payments.

5. Delivery & Installation

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability and location. Installation schedules will be confirmed after site assessment and preparation requirements are met.

Customer responsibilities include:

• Site preparation according to specifications
• Providing access to the installation site
• Ensuring necessary permits are obtained
• Providing utilities required for installation

6. Warranties & Liabilities

Our products come with standard warranties against manufacturing defects:

• Greenhouse structures: 10 years
• Irrigation systems: 2 years
• Electronic components: 1 year

Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products.

7. Returns & Refunds

Custom-ordered and installed products cannot be returned unless defective. Standard products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, or government actions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action. This agreement is governed by the laws of Côte d'Ivoire, and any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Abidjan.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
